1. Who processes the data

Personal data operator: Sole proprietor Lilit Simonovna Saribekyan, Russian tax ID (INN) 560306129275 (the “Operator”).

This policy explains what data the Operator collects from visitors to this website, why, and how it is protected. It is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. What data we receive

From the booking form: your name, phone number and whatever you write in the “What would you like to work on” field.

Technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time of visit.

We do not ask for or collect health information. Please do not include details about diagnoses in your request: all of this can be discussed in person during the consultation.

3. Why

To contact you, respond to your request and book you in for a consultation or training.

To understand how visitors use the website and to improve it. Anonymised data is used for this.

4. Legal basis

Data from the form is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending your request. The text of the consent is published on the “Consent to Personal Data Processing” page.

5. How we handle data

The Operator collects, records, stores, updates, uses and deletes data only for the purposes listed in section 3.

Data is not sold or passed on to third parties, except where expressly required by law.

The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure.

6. How long data is kept

Data from a request is kept until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than one year from your last contact, or until you withdraw consent. After that it is deleted.

7. Your rights

You can find out what data about you is processed, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time.
